Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The 7-day cooling-off
Every booking is fully refundable — deposit included — for 7 days after confirmation, no questions asked, as long as departure is more than 30 days away. Booked in a burst of 2am inspiration and woke up unsure? You're covered.
2. Cancelling after that
More than 45 days before departure: full refund minus the deposit (which converts to credit — see below). 30–45 days: 50% refund. 15–29 days: 25% refund. Under 15 days: no refund, because by then the rooms, permits and transport are paid for in your name.
3. Deposits become credit
A cancelled deposit is never simply lost — it converts to trip credit valid for 12 months on any expedition. Life happens; the mountains will still be there.
4. If we cancel
If we cancel a departure for any reason — weather, permits, or the group not filling — you choose between a 100% refund (including deposit) or a free transfer to any other trip, with any price difference in your favour refunded.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation. EMI bookings are settled directly with the payment partner. You'll get written confirmation the moment it's processed.
6. Missed departures & early exits
Missed flights, denied visas and mid-trip departures can't be refunded — the trip runs whether or not you're on it. This is precisely what travel insurance covers; we help you file the claim.
