- Misbehavior with co-travelers, staff, or locals will result in immediate removal from the trip without any refund.
2. Booking & Payments

- All travelers must carry a valid government-issued ID.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4. Travel & Transport

- In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers must wait until the issue is resolved. Backup transport is not guaranteed.
- Missed activities due to delays will not be compensated.
5. Itinerary Changes
- The trip organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Travelers are expected to cooperate with any changes.
6. Accommodation & Campsite Rules
- Only registered travelers are allowed at campsites or hotels.
- Any damage to property will be charged at actual cost.
- Facilities like hot water, electricity, or network may be limited in remote areas.
7. Liability & Responsibility
- Trip of a Lifetime is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- We are not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, or death during the trip.
- Travelers are responsible for their own safety.
8. Natural & External Factors
The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Landslides or natural disasters
- Political unrest or government restrictions
- Road closures or accidents
9. Health & Fitness
- Travelers must ensure they are physically fit.
- Any medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
- Carry personal medications.
10. Cleanliness & Environment
- Maintain cleanliness and respect local culture.
- Littering or environmental damage is strictly prohibited.
