Booking amount will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note.

25% of the total trip amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
Batch shifting not allowed.
Booking amount will be adjusted in refund deductions.
Remaining amount will be refunded after applicable deductions.
45-31 Days Before Departure
50% of the total trip amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
Batch shifting not allowed.
Booking amount will be adjusted in refund deductions.
Remaining amount will be refunded after applicable deductions.
30-0 Days Before Departure
100% cancellation charges applicable.
No batch shifting allowed.
No refund will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method whenever applicable.
Credit Notes issued are non-transferable and valid as per company policy.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Flight tickets, permits, visa charges, insurance, and third-party bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services during the trip.
5. Company Rights
Trip of a Lifetime reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any trip due to weather conditions, natural disasters, operational issues, or government restrictions.
In such cases, alternative travel options or future travel credits may be offered.
