Day 2 - Manali → Sarchu – Into the High Himalayas

Day 3 - Sarchu → Leh - Roads That Test and Reward

This is one of the most thrilling drives of your trip.

After breakfast, your journey truly begins.

Drive through the fascinating Magnetic Hill, where reality seems to bend. Stop at Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, a place of deep spiritual calm. Witness the powerful meeting of rivers at the Indus–Zanskar Sangam.

As the day unfolds, you’ll visit the iconic Shanti Stupa, offering panoramic views of Leh, and the historic Leh Palace, standing tall with stories of the past.

The adventure continues as you ride/drive over Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world.

Day 6 - Nubra → Pangong - The Scenic Transition

Today’s route via the Shyok Valley is one of Ladakh’s hidden gems.

And then, you arrive at Pangong Lake—a vast stretch of water that reflects the sky in shades of blue you didn’t know existed. It’s quiet, powerful, and humbling.

Day 7 - Pangong → Hanle - Journey from Pangong to hanle with rezangla war memorial

Today, the journey takes you beyond the usual Ladakh routes.

Drive through Chushul village, a place steeped in history, and visit the Rezang La War Memorial, a powerful reminder of bravery and sacrifice.

Continue towards Koyul/Hanle, where the landscape becomes more remote, more silent, and incredibly raw.

Day 8 - UmlingLa, Demchok and transfer to tso moriri – The Ultimate Achievement

This is the day that defines the entire expedition.

Ride/drive to Umling La Pass, the highest motorable road in the world. At this altitude, everything feels surreal—the air, the silence, the sense of accomplishment.

Continue to Demchok, the last village near the Indo-China border, where the land feels untouched and almost otherworldly.

Return by evening, carrying a story that very few people get to tell.

Wake up to a leisurely morning in Manali and have your breakfast at the hotel.

Further, you can relax in the natural hot springs of Vashisht Temple which is dedicated to sage Vashisht, teacher of Lord Ram.

Important Notes for Travelers

• Guests are required to assemble at the meeting point by 8:00 AM sharp
• Quoted package rates are not valid during peak periods and festivals (Diwali, Christmas, New Year)
• Group departure will be strictly on time
• We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary based on weather conditions and government policies
• Age limit for group departures: 16 to 42 years

General Travel Guidelines
  • Room sharing upgrades and bike deposits (if applicable) will apply. 
  • The itinerary may be subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, altitude challenges, or the physical ability of participants. We reserve the right to modify schedules in the interest of safety, comfort, and overall well-being. 
  • The age limit for group departures is 16 to 45 years due to the physically demanding nature of the itinerary. Travellers outside this bracket may opt for customised private trips. 
  • Ladakh is a high-altitude region; travellers are advised to stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or strenuous activity during the initial days of acclimatisation. 
  • Accommodation type may vary depending on location and availability. 
  • Meals will be provided as per the MAP plan; menu preferences may require personal adjustments. 
  • Certain activities, such as bonfires, are subject to weather conditions. 
  • Travellers are advised to carry buffer cash for optional expenses, adequate warm clothing, and power banks
  • Weather and road conditions may impact daily schedules.
Biking Expedition Guidelines
  • 450cc bike is available at an additional cost of ₹6,800
  • refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 must be submitted before the start of the trip. 
  • Any damage to the bike (except engine damage) will be borne directly by the client. 
  • The biking option is available from 30th April onwards, as riding on mountain passes in April may be unsafe due to black-ice formation
  • All riders are required to wear a mandatory riding jacket at all times while riding the bike; failure to do so will result in riding restrictions. 
  • Personal riding gear is highly recommended for safety and comfort. 
  • Fuel is included only for the planned itinerary routes.
